--Original announcement--
Piñata Madness is back – meaning excitement, mystery, and exceptional deals on some of our favorite hand-picked titles.

What is Piñata Madness?
For $3, you can buy and smash your own digital Piñata, each holding one of 100+ mystery games worth anywhere from $5.99 all the way up to $44.99.
Visit your <span class="bold">Pinata hub</span>, where can buy, open, and see everything Piñata Madness!
Just like real-life Piñatas, they'll bring you joy, surprise, and reward. Unlike real-life Piñatas, ours drop really good games instead of candy – games like Pillars of Eternity, Shadow Warrior 2, Heroes of Might and Magic, Victor Vran, and more!
It's a great way to broaden your horizons and try out games you otherwise wouldn't, knowing you're always getting a deal that's worth it. And if you already own every game included in our Piñatas, each game you drop will be a giftable code so you share the joy with your friends.

Weekly Megasale
If you'd rather know exactly you're getting, check out the Weekly Megasale featuring great deals up to -90% on some of our favorite titles including Darkest Dungeon, Shadowrun: Hong Kong, Heroes of Might and Magic III, and more!

The Piñata Madness and Weekly Megasale last until August 21, 2017, 9:59 PM UTC.

Did you goto the hub and use the button there to add to cart?
Thanks for Deadlight! I owned it elsewhere but am happy to have it here. The Piñata concept is an interesting way to do a mystery game, but I'll wait to see what people who have more disposable income than me are getting. ;)

Also: No link to the Weekly Megasale? It's not on the front page yet, either.

I probably won't risk getting any piñatas, as I seem to own most of the games I'm interested in (according to the Piñata Tracker thread, at least), and the odds of getting a game I wouldn't even play -- regardless of the base price they sell for -- are too big.

Still, piñatas aside, there's a good sale going on if you don't feel like gambling, and I welcomed Deadlight for free, since it was on my wishlist but as my backlog is already so huge, I had been postponing buying it.

All in all, good deals all around, and if you don't own that many games on GOG buying piñatas can be a good way to expand your library for cheap.

i think it would be quite bodacious to crack open a pinata and have it be full of brussels sprouts.
I'm normally not one to post, being a lurker by nature. But I have to break the silence to say thank you, GOG. This Pinata sale is amazing, I bought and got 10 for 10, even Tyranny and Thimbelweed Park, awesome!

Also: First!

Crap! Took to long to write!

Both Redux'ed Metros, Kyn, Shadow Warrior 2013 and bombshell.
Kinda Meh-ish. Will try that again by the end of the sale :)

Too bad there aren't that many RPG's in the promo this time around.
Maybe I'll buy a Pinata or two anyway.
Bought a pinata and its not showing up in the hub
Nevermind, misread the instructions.

BrandeX: Not buying any Pinatas.

Now if you made itonly drop games I don't own, instead of a gift for duplicates, then I would have risked one or two tries.
It only drops games you don't own. If you own every game, it'll warn you, and if you decide to proceed with the transaction, it'll give you a gift code that never expires.

EDIT: I see you edited your comment, but I'll leave mine in case anyone else sees it who didn't read the pinata FAQ.

" Why buy Piñatas? See the FAQ"

/mouses over...

Really? You can't stick this on your own site, you have to stick it on the dodgy Zen site?

/facepalms.
Bought 1, nothing.
Bought 2 more, just in case it has bugs like the forum... still nothing.

HELP! :)
