We had family over for lunch on Christmas. There was chicken, fillet with mushroom sauce, gammon, potatoes, beetroot salad, a salad made of olives, cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese, and a standard green salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and capsicum.

I have not been active on the forums lately, if this is a problem forgive me and do not take in consideration my entry.

My Christmas dinner, in Sicily, was: cod fish, deep fried cod fish, "arancine" (rice balls with spiced meat inside), edible fried thistles, thistle boiled with garlic, "sfincione" (a sort of pizza, with broccoli and sausage) , cassata and tiramisu'.

Thank you for spreading the gaming joy with this most generous and festive GA, +1!

I had tender veal baked with potatoes, Tigania (a Greek dish) with mushroom risotto, pickled peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and cauliflower, feta-cheese pie, tzatziki, and a few too many glasses of red wine. ;-)
There was also beetroot-apple salad, but I'm not fond of beetroot, so no idea how that tasted.

Well salad with corn salad and rocket. Fruit salad with mangoes, rasberries, strawberries and pineapples and huckleberry. And well as main dish roulades with rice and oven potatoes and a lot of different vegetables (fennel, peppers, green beans... ) . Guess that kinda sums it :D
