I did find two other incarnations of TinyEs - it is rumored that they are actually minions of Cthulhu. Here on Earth they prepare for his arrival when he breaks out of his prison in Ryleh.

Yep, eels were quite a speciality. Was recently the last eel catcher gave it up. Jellied eels in London. Oysters were also common people food back then too.
