Well, he is an eldritch abomination after all, so it's kinda hard sometimes to make the difference.

Also (at least assuming), he never posted any pics of himself, so there might still be that tiny possibility that he... :P

If we made a Kickstarter project to gather money for tinyE's appreciation... Do you think we would hit the first million dollars in one day or two? Then we could make many round pins with tinyE's picture and words "Hail tinyE!". These pins would be made of bulletproof metal and glow greenish in the dark. Or we could just make them radioactive.

Anyone up for a task?
