Hello! I am back from the hospital. Holding my breath was a bad idea.

Damn it! I was hoping a breathing strike would bring rest of the Hitman (as well as Tomb Raider) games here. Oh well, i guess not.
Isn't there a member here who is involved in the game development? I remember he said he worked for IO Interactive. Maybe he can shed some light if he's allowed to. :-)

Anyway, I read at Steam that the game is always online and a few people mentioned that graphical settings are (hardcoded?) locked depended on your hardware even if you want to experiment.

GOG should bring Blood Money, perhaps 26 to 30th May this year to appeal to the 10th year anniversary.

It's not always online, challenges are locked to online mode though. Online and Offline saves are separate and you get kicked to the main menu when you lose your connection.
If you wish to resume you'll have to reconnect or start a new offline save.

Ah, that's good to know.
Weeeeelllllll, first we need Blood Money here, and Tomb Raider Legend, and Just Cause 1, unless Squeenix retroactively applies Denuvo to them also.

Basically, as far as new games go, only expect indie games on GOG.

Heh, I'm pretty sure I have Blood Money on a Hitman collection disk, DRM-free...guess this is still Square Enix...

Not enough doomsaying in your original post. Needed some sauce. ;)

Yes but but but... GOG VERSION! We all need to have the GOG version, if possible.
GOG doesn't even have Blood Money, or any other modern Squeenix titles for that matter. Don't hold your breath.

Which makes me wonder, if Blood Money is DRM-free on a disc, why is it not on GOG like the rest of the series? Guess we'll never know.

You are right. It is weird. Maybe there's some similar issue like with the sound rights in Contracts but this one is not known to the public.
I will settle for Blood Money on GOG for now.
