I wish to play it digitally for real and not ISO wise, I'm aware it was on steam at one point but it literally only lasted a month

The only active digital version is on Mac (Feral Interactive)

I was able to get it sort of running with BIN / ISO and no CD fix but now I get BSODs when I exit the game (even with task manager closing) the game needs serious optimization for newer PCs it's a great but troubling gem

As of currently I think Microsoft is holding the current IP since Activision's expired

Wishful dreaming of running this game bug free
