I didn't pay much attention to the last sale, but as bundles were introduced did they discount games that didn't already have a discount?

Yes, of course. The reverse is true as well: games that are already discounted won't go on a better discount this sale.

To clarify,
if something you want isn't discounted, maybe consider waiting until the final bundles are announced.
If something you want IS discounted, go ahead and buy it, there won't be a better deal anytime soon, at least on GOG.

The new bundles contained games that weren't discounted at the start of the sale, I'm not sure if there were additional discounts for games not in bundles though.

Lucumo: Noo, why? I will move tomorrow and won't have an internet connection for however long (since my provider messed up). How am I supposed to buy the games I want? :/
You can go to the library and use there computer.

Excellent, thank you.

ReynardFox: I would have called Jesse's bundle "Collection of Cox"
Ugh, NOW you tell us?! Ok, jotting that down for future reference.
avatar
exosquadron: Anyone else having trouble claiming Neverwinter Nights? Every time I select it, it kicks me to the store page. :/
Even on the store page I think there was still a button that said "Get if Free."

Cypisss: Ugh, NOW you tell us?! Ok, jotting that down for future reference.
So the deluxe upgrade for Stasis isn't discounted, is this intentional due to the fact that the base game is being given away or an oversight?

If you mean you clicked the "get it free" button in the main page and nothing happened, yes, we had this problem already. If you wait a few hours, as Thiev (the blue) told us, the game should appear in your library. At least it did in my case after a couple of hours.

Edit: here, look, you're not alone :)

Not possible.
I exactly touched 1 (one) game from last sale.
I am Jack's stuffed spiritual stomach.

PaterAlf: Is it just me or is this sale a little confusing? The same games are in different bundles and you got different discounts for them (depending if it is a "build a bundle" or a "normal" bundle deal. You really have to spend some time to compare the deals and get the best one.
avatar
Lemon_Curry: I haven't checked it myself yet but yeah that does seem rather confusing and silly, cheers for mentioning it PaterAlf. :)
The YouTube collections aren't bundles, they're lists of games that (I assume) the Youtuber recommended. Each game in the collection has an individual discount and may also be included in another collection or an actual bundle.

Before buying a game you see in a collection, it might be worthwhile to see if it is also in a bundle to get a better price. For example, the Gopher collection includes the Thief games but so does the Square Enix bundle. If you meet the bundle requirements you could get a better deal on those games (in my case C$2.69 vs. C$5.49).

Hope that helps...

Vythonaut: Believe it or not, I didn't have it. :P I do own the retail version though. :)
OK, I don't.
Wow! This dovetails really neatly into my planned purchase of the Witcher 3 expansions, which puts me just into the top EXP tier. I'm really glad I didn't buy them yesterday now - thanks for catering to my indecisiveness, GOG! =D
Can any blue please fix this thread title:

Exactly one hour later I bought 4 things and got three for free.

No sale has no good.
