Can't just GOG team members track his IP address and perma ban him or do I have to get my hands dirty?

I think it's possible to renew your IP address every time you make an alt account.

It's fairly easy to deal with brats like him. I just don't have all the required knowledge, but I know at least 4 dozen people who can make sure he won't get on GOG and Steam again unless he changes his internet provider, computer and email.

For someone who just steals Steam games, he sure tries too hard. Event he more reason to make all his hardware useless.
