GOGbears ate my download speed!

Anyone else getting a pissy dribble of d/l speed from GOG today - mines maxing out at 12KB/s - yet my net is running fine.

Just downloaded the Covert Action manual for a test and it went at my normal 2.5MB/s.
The last 2 times something like that happened to me each had a different cause: my router and the plug in I use to access Netflix U.S.

Edit: You might also want to check if you don't have something auto updating in the background.

absolutely nothing. ive checked and its literally just gog downloads - steam, desura, groupees etc etc all d/l at a normal speed.

i dont use the gog downloader - checksum error everytime. downloading via my browser, dta addon, other browsers, other peoples internet - same thing. shitty speeds on gog downloads, and nothing else.
