And this animated adaption better live up to the comic. I can't wait to hear Alan Moore's comment on it.

i agree. growing up i never knew that he was the joker, when i did find out (not too too long ago actually) i was like, "shut up, luke is the joker???"

I've never been into comics though, so i have no opinion on that other bit, but i do hope the writing is good. b/c hammil can be the joker, but without a good script it's kinda pointless.

edit: and wait, what's going on that you didn't feel you could make a thread in the general forums? this seems like it would be something up a lot of people's alleys. ? i've not been paying attention to much outside the hermit cave lately.

I think crew was asking why you didn't make a thread for this post, instead of just posting it in the hermit cave. I agree, seems like something a lot of people would be interested in, but I'm glad you chose to share here :)

And then they have the nerve to blame me, like I was deceiving them by not telling them! :O

WTF, do they go to France and then scream at their travel agent because no one told them the locals would all be speaking French!?

That's the same people that come to our region in winter to go skiing and then are completely stumped that there's snow.
