I've played this game through dozens of time, I know about flight school. :P

At least flight school makes sense because that's for special missions. Why should I need to perfect a pit maneuver just to buy a car dealership!? :P

Because if you're going to run your car over every person, light pole, and street sign, and avoid the cops, you're going to need to do so PROPERLY.

so you can easily evade police when bringing in stolen cars to sell.

I don´t now about pit maneuvers but...........have you ever tried to spit out of a speeding car. There should be spit maneuvers school.

Haha! I remember I got my first pube when I was 10. For a dood, that used to be considered an early bloomer. IDK about nowadays with all the growth hormones, though.
