NoNewTaleToTell: I'm looking a bit towards being able to create and self maintain (within reason) my own website(s), without having to rely on something like Weebly, as well as some lightweight game making in the future (ie: simple text based point & click games like Maker's Eden).
In that case: HTML, CSS and likely some javascript. Be aware there are a couple CSS only menu systems out there. Use one of them if a menu is desired. As far as the game goes, never heard of Maker's Eden, technically you could do it in javascript, but Python is easily up to the task. Python is probably easier to learn than javascript.

Anyone know much about Apple's programming language Swift as far as is it easy to learn or even that useful?

DeMignon: Hmpf, too much repeats in the summer sale now, for my taste. Since mid-sale the whole event has become utterly boring.
Not much news / releases recently either - I think everyone must be at E3 and have left the sale running to maintain site interest while they are away smoozing and boozing!
