Did I have legal advisers available at the time? I deny everything! You forced a confession out of me! :-)

Now that's just sad... Have you nothing better to do? :-P

And with that, I think it's time to call it quits, before the sausage-mania gets going again! :-D

Elmofongo: Can I ask?

Why do people hate Jurassic Park 3? Personally I found it alot better then The Lost World. Because I like Alan better then Jeff Goldbloom's character.

And I did not mind the more simpler story in JP3. And it introduced more new dinosaurs than the last one did (just the little compy ones)

trentonlf: I liked Jurassic Park 3, was not a big fan of The Lost World.
I popped in here because I saw the recent bump. The Free For All was all closed down for the night; I thought the afterparty might be in the Cave ;)

I will chime in on this. I too, found JG's Ian Malcom a bit... annoying... uptight...twitchy... full of himself? I dunno, something. I also LOVE Sam Neill (In the Mouth of Madness? Event Horizon? Alan freaking Grant???). Was part 3 the one with the slightly lame story but excellent cast of W.H. Macy, Tea Leoni and Sam Neill? I loved how cheesy frantic the two parents always were - like crisis mode but bickering over a TV dinner combined into one.

I DID love reading the Lost World the first time. Not because it was any good - it sucked compared to my first read of Jurassic Park, which as an experience (not necessarily as a literary work, but just the experience of reading it) ranks in my top 25... maybe top 10. But the description of the trailers and "high hide" (was that what it was called?) were wonderful. Boy did I want a fort like that ;)

Rohan15: I have a memory leak issue with Galaxy as well.

You do realize that people have different set ups than yours? I have a memory leak that in particular does come from Galaxy and when I have it off my computer has no issues whatsoever.

misteryo: When reporting a bug like "causes your PC to reboot," you should provide some links to sources or frame the thing as, "I'm experiencing this. Anyone else?"

There's a big difference between that and just stating something as if it is fact without any backup.

Plus, he still hasn't provided any links. He told me what to search, and I did, and I didn't find what he said was there.

There's good and bad ways of reporting problems. I'm suggesting better ways.

Enough sidetracking.

What's on the telly? I'm hungry!
I understand that, BUT the fact stands that he still had issues as have I. We took our times trying to solve the problem ourselves and that is what we came to the conclusion to. As far as television, I am afraid you are left with reruns of Whose Line is it Anyways? which is not a bad thing at all.
