Anybody have any recommendations for open source alternatives to Fraps? I've tried Open Broadcaster Software and it seems nice, but it only exports in .FLV and I'd prefer something a little less "more extra effort on your part"-ish.

This goes well with the idea some of us had about buying a bottle of chilli alcohol for the New Year's Eve.
