Question (to settle an argument).
Will likely require the expertise of a UK citizen, but anyone involved professionally in the subject overseas may well know the correct answer...
If you are advertising yourself as a computer build and repair specialist in the UK (aside from declaring yourself as self employed and all the other stuff that goes with it), you need to be registered, insured, qualified and ceritifed at the least (there may even be a union requirement for all I know). This is of course presuming a fully legal and recognised outift.
Correct or not?
Edit: think I might actually put this up as a question topic as it will be interesting to see peoples replies, but feel free to reply here too as I know it will not break out into a stupid flame war on this thread at least!
