I think he's fresh out. He has pains too. But he only refers to the incident rarely.

He fell off a platform because someone didn't press the ''jump'' key quick enough(wireless keyboards have no fail-safes, sigh) and hit his head and his left arm. From then on, he's introduced as Dr Supermeatboy. How he became a Dr is not known. But he uses most of his painkillers on himslef. His arm hurts, probably. We know how it is with PHANTOM PAINs after all. But his head does not. Guess that didn't sustain any damage.
