Oh good, I'd never heard anything about it before, and thought I'd had a major foot in mouth moment! :-)

No worries. This thread is for breakfast-in-mouth moments instead.

OK, still going with Chinese Spring Rolls then. Had those for breakfast before, after a night of drinking during a Swiss carnival. :-D

Waffles are the best. Why? Because the have these wonderful crevices that you can fill with mini chocolate chips, then top with whipped cream. An ooey-gooey, delightful way to start the day.

Traditionally we use sunflower oil and butter, you could try with olive oil or something else, but I can't vouch about the taste then :)
Oh and about the cheese, since you most likely don't have Bulgarian white cheese, and can't get one (had been living abroad and know that first hand) you could probably try with salty (and not one bit bitter) fatty blue cheese.

The second recipe there suggests feta.

I'm sure Mitch would also want those waffles to give him back his missing squares. (insert the Kit-Kat bar joke below for maximum effect)

I already voted for waffles. Does that make me un-American for dissing the mighty pancake? I hope not. I don't want to piss off the wrong people. Where I live people have meth and shotguns. I want to be a good citizen and not partake in any terrorist breakfast choices.
