Hmm, maybe the "nomination icon" should be placed in front of the title being nominated instead of at the end?

As it stands, it does seem that it is a bit misleading, at the front of the title. But even behind it, people may not notice right away what the ($) stands for. It's there and it's explained clearly, but yes, people sometimes tend to look at content diagonally.

Most practical solution would be to add a "Pending nomination acceptance" area where these would be separated from the "Available Keys" list. Just a usability tweak, instead of removing it, as in some cases they may return to the global group.

Or maybe instead using "icon", tagging these titles with italic?

Small suggestion: maybe also bold the $ sign for the nominations.

(a $ symbol after a key means someone has already been nominated to that key)
