guar: As a Galaxy user and achievement enthusiast, I've found wocabec's mix, Achievements on Steam, not on GOG to be nearly indispensable. However, some games were designed with achievements built-in, which I consider to be a fair trade-off. I thought I'd make a mix of my own to supplement wocabec's to highlight those games.

Autonomous achievements

I could use some suggestions though! I've only included the games I know that have them (i.e. the ones I've played).
Good idea! But...yeah, your list needs a little help. :) (I'm not even sure two items qualifies for the term "list", actually. ;P )

Of the games in my library that I've played, I know that Hotline Miami 2, Banished, Terraria, Din's Curse: Demon War (but NOT the base game without the expansion installed), and Dust: An Elysian Tail all have in-game achievements.
Also, Mark of the Ninja has some optional goals that can be attempted on each level, but it doesn't call them achievements, and there's no central place to see all the ones you've achieved -- you have to visit the level select screen for each level to see which ones you've previously completed. Not sure if you'd count that or not.

Thanks! I own Mark of the Ninja on Steam; I'll have to boot it up again to get a better idea of what you're describing.

Added the rest to the mix.

For Party Hard, are the achievements tracked in-game? I couldn't find any screens or video illustrating where you can view them.

Going by what I saw in an archived Twitch stream last night, Hollow Night seems to have in-game achievements. Might want someone else to confirm, though.

Also, you might want to consider creating your own forum topic for this -- mostly so more people will see it and contribute (since this sort of mix will usually require help from a lot of people), but also so this thread doesn't become overwhelmed. :)

I have a support ticket in the works to rename this mix to something more transparent. Once that goes through, I'll definitely start a thread to fish for more suggestions.

Is that the one you were trying to find several months ago? o.O I hope it didn't take you all this time to find it. :P
You Should Play These Games Before You Die - the best games I've ever played (And are avaliable on GOG)

Yes, it did actually. Haha. I stumbled upon it today completely by accident before I even logged in and copied and pasted the link, tattooed it on my forehead and then proceeded to finish it all in one go.
Hi everyone,

I had an idea to create a GOGmix list of all the games designed by Sid Meier that are available here on GOG. There is another GOGmix called "Sid Meier's Greatest Hits," but it was missing a game and also lists several games not designed by Sid Meier but rather other MicroProse designers.

So after wondering myself what games Sid Meier actually designed, I came up with this list:
https://www.gog.com/mix/games_designed_by_sid_meier

And if GOG finally gets around to releasing Civilization I and Railroad Tycoon, I'll add those to the list as well.

Any feedback or suggestions are welcome!

So here goes my GOGMix about evolution of adventer games:

Adventure Games Chronology

It should be chronology but since it debut couple years age there was so many classic releases and no easy way to change order of titles that I stoped sorting it.
