This isn't a gog game but I figured that I would put my post here...

Apparently the India release of fallout 3 was stalled as microsoft cited that it would hurt cultural sentiments ....lolz.....This I think is ironical as they had no apprehensions when it came to games like postal 2/gta san andreas etc which from my perspective were far more controversial.....

I believe if anyone were to take offence to the brahmin then he/she has gotta be a complete uber-moron.... It's just absolutely preposterous that the game is not here..

Never mind the trivialities though, is there still a way that I can get hold of the steam fallout sale....I know that I could use a proxy but then again would I need to source my funds from the U.S as well?...I have an hdfc account. And could steam possibly block me from dloading the game once I have purchased it?....drm is such a B%%* you knw....excuse the language.The funny thing is that I saw fallout 3 goty on a nearby retail store.....so why can't they get vegas then?

I'd be happy to pay someone to gift it to me.....

Would someone get me fallout:new vegas and gift it to me?...preppy phweez with a digital cherry on top...:D

Guys, I have a bit of a problem. I own Fallout New Vegas, I imported it from the UK. But I live in Hungary, so Steam doesn't let me buy the DLC-s to the game (different region). It always tells me, that I do not own New Vegas, although I have it in my library. Stupid Steam. :)

But I was wondering, if someone could gift me the DLCs. I really want to buy all three of them, because there is a 50% sale on steam (they are 5$ each). In return I'm willing to gift you some games on GOG, in equal price.

Even if someone gifted them to you, it seems like you probably wouldn't be able to play them if Steam thinks you don't have New Vegas. If someone who uses Steam more than I do reads this and thinks I'm dead wrong, feel free to say so, lol.

Actually I was thinking about this myself. I read it somewhere that you can gift games this way, but I'm still not a 100 % sure. I was hoping that someone here knows more about it. Of course I wouldn't do this transaction until I'm sure that it works.

Ehh, the deal's off. I did some search, and it seems I couldn't get the DLCs even if they are gifted to me. Well, let's hope the support can figure out something clever.

You can find Morrowind GOTY edition for $20 in a local Best Buy if you live near one most likely. I still see them well stocked each time I visit the store. I found Dues Ex over at Steam but haven't had the time to play it.

deus ex is on gamersgate and morrowind is on steam :P i would buy the disk versions but im on netbook exclusively which has no disk drive sadly :(
