Very little is possible unfortunately. Maybe for not delivering on her kickstarter and for appropriating donations. Then again, her saying what she did isn't the issue at all as the media outlets that spun the web out of her lies. The real influence she has is slightly overplayed in her Steam curator where she actually got 20K followers I think. Discussions full of mentally half broken racists and sexists trying to hide their secret handshake from the undesirables.

A lot of this was new to me and I can understand more of why Japanese devs are annoyed with the western market.
It's obviously not a new but a regularly re-appearing problem.
The European versions often weren't censored though, so the faults are mostly American prudence and treating the western world as a unit which it certainly isn't.

i always found it rather annoying from the devs (japanese ones, but anywhere else) to treat west as a whole and assuming west = usa,or, to say it better, assuming all the west should be considered as if identical to usa

in fact that leads to a very frustrating problem for european folk like me: i am forced to "live" upon patronizing of usa, and i am forced to abide to usa law, moral system and culture as it is shoved down my throat like a dirty hard boot

that way, people like me are to suffer the whims and mood of very small size lobbies from usa and give them influence outside of their domestic ground, and as if i were living into a sub lesser slave state of usa.

Yes, racism is a real problem in several Asian countries too and I've often experienced this first hand.
It's always really insulting when Europe gets treated as some kind of collection of American satellite states although politically and often even culturally it may be the case way too often, which is a tragedy.

something that has been very clear to me is that in terms of nudity, Europe has always been far less prude than the U.S.A., which I think might be (at least partially) because of French influence.
