LeonardoCornejo: We should really fight back. As in really fighting back, not on the internet but in real life. If they can go to the UN to request censorship of the media there should be a way to go to a public group requesting free speech. If they can actively threaten developers to not release games, we should activelly encourage them to do so. Maybe even starting a foundation dedicated to gathering money to do so. I mean, I amm pretty much sure devs are more interested in earning millions than dealing with this fanatics. So meybe if they got money only for releasing the game they would be more encouraged. I am talking about a charity dedicated to the release of games. And if they can make stupid Change.org petitions to ruin others we can make counter petitions to fix their harm. We must fight back, without violence, but relentlessly. We must defend those they attack, not only in gaming, but in all topics. Including that cracker dressed in a kimono, the negro who said "all lives matter", the N guy who said negro on TV, the foodie who was bervally harassed for loving Indian cuisine, the bakery which was ruined for refusing to bake a cake with a pro gay messae in it. All those people deserve to be defended from censorship.

LeonardoCornejo: Haven't they hurt us enough already? Their crappy games (Depression Quest comes to min) and censorship is creating the environment for another big video game crash in the West. I think that is enough. And the slander campaign too.

Ryan is this the "growing up" you were talking about, scaring companies away?

ryannaughton1138: They weren't scared away, they made a business decision. In fact here was what they had to say in the comments of there Facebook post:
"Do you know many issues happening in video game industry with regard to how to treat female in video game industry? We do not want to talk those things here. But certainly we have gone through in last year or two to come to our decision. Thank you."
Even than if there is a large enough backlash I'm pretty sure it'll be made available to the states.
