If you find that text and those pictures pleasing, do what you like; set it as your wallpaper or print it out, but keep the crusader mentality and self righteousness to yourself.
Look, I'm risking looking at seriously NSFW stuff at work here plus I just got grey boxes for most of the tumbr archive - I did see one photo of Chu with self-deprecating 'I'm such a stalker' text that some might take as being a bit rapey, if you if you chose to interpret it that way, but I didn't spot the statutory rape gag that RoochV's site was talking about...
Other than that it seemed mainly "OMG she-male porn is a thing!!!111!!1"

NP, there are pics with text written in. I suggest you do your best to NOT look at them and preserve your job and sanity. The thing is really the fact that he is accusing people of propagating ''rape culture'' when he himself is indulging in much more questionable material than Geralt and Triss.

Dessembrae_: Just wanted to let you guys know that at least one person is lurking here, and enjoying the debate.

The levelheaded posts are great, and I'm having a laugh every now and then when I read some of the more extreme conspiracy theories and "misogyny" accusations. While I don't post, I do rate a lot. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

Keep up the good work.
Fully agree, I don't have anything worthwhile to add that hasn't already been added, but want to thank everyone who's adding to the discussion in a level headed way. There's a lot of good and reasonable information being added.

Fever_Discordia: Because she-male fantasy shaming isn't transphobic at all...
Lah!
Wat, I don't even know how to approach this. This has to do with peoples comfort levels, and please do some research, shemale fantasies are one of the most common straight male fantasies out there. (I'd give you a link myself but I really shouldn't be searching for that kind of stuff at work lol). Everyone is attracted to all kinds of different things, and just because they're not into something doesn't mean they're instantly transphobic (or fatshaming, or any other fetish you want to replace the word with), I don't understand this rational at all.

Because the shaming of the straight guy for having the she-male fantasies came from a place of finding the human body in that trans state freaky and wrong?

Anyone who has such fantasies are at least teased on the internet. That is a fact. What people are accusing him of is the double standard of him being such a vehement white night but still indulges in this kinda stuff. Also, taking pics of sleeping people? That isn't in your rape culture handbook?

Judging guys on their porn collection was something that I always thought would pop up on the feminist side that I'd probably feel a bit uneasy about - I didn't expect it to be coming from over that side of the fence though...

The sleeping thing though - what IS that all about? Do you think she knew he took them at the time? - A bit weird, I'll give you that!

Not sure what the statutory rape image is as I really do not want to scroll through this stuff to find it (if it exists), but I think the main image implicating rape is the one that says "Arthur Chu doesn't care if you say no." That, entirely on its own, sounds a bit suspect. Of course, I can see it as a stupid joke, but think about all the times feminists and people like Arthur have damned others online for perpetuating rape culture. If you believe such a thing exists and that it is detrimental to women, why would you create or post such an image?

That is the main issue to take away from the Reaxxion article. There is a certain amount of hypocritical behavior going on that should be addressed. However, in the end, Chu is just a small part of a much larger problem.

Hmm.. I initially thought that the 'motivational poster' that said 'Unconditional Love: Arthur Chu doesn't car if you say "no"' was a bit ambiguous in that I'd taken it to be a self-deprecating thing where he was having a laugh with himself for having slightly stalker-ish attachment issues
But you're actually right - 'Doesn't care if you say "no"', given that there was an entire 'No means no' ad campaign - if that wasn't a rape ref then it was fantastically badly chosen wording!

I was wrong to give him the benefit of the doubt on that one, sorry

My initial reply wasn't really meant as a defense of Chu (I don't even know the guy - I don't follow this stuff closely enough to know all the players) but more of a complaint about the general tone of the Reaxxion article that seemed a bit like 'Straight cisgended male has sexual fantasies that aren't completely in keeping with what is appropriate for a straight, cis-gendered male to be fantasising about - what a DEVIANT' - The Brianna Wu comment was definatly a cheap shot!

Remember we are also the 'Sex-positive' 'Whatever floats your boat as long as everyone consents and has a good time' side over heres!

I agree that the article is certainly a bit of a smear piece. There is some legitimacy in that it shows how hypocritical he can be, but the rest certainly does seem geared to make fun of him which is not right either. I am not a fan of publicly shaming people regardless of how i feel about such content. The article would have been more compelling had they stuck to the images with questionable captions, such as the one I mentioned, and related it to examples of his contradictory Twitter behavior.

Although, I am not going to lie, I did laugh a little at the paper chicken costume image they posted. However, I would have laughed regardless of who was wearing it, it just looks goofy.

Feel the need to point out that "she-male" is considered a disrespectful term.

On top of that, 'transgender' covers more than just those that choose to go with hormones and surgery.

You may now return to your regular schedule of back-&-forth bickering.

For the record - I was using it because it's also the common porn term and he was posting porn gifs

as you may be aware/have predicted, the journos are quite salty about opdeepfreeze

for those still unaware, opdeepfreeze is the launch of deepfreeze.it, the site that basically says "welcome to the salty spitoon, how corrupt are you?"

It has cataloged and sourced the unethical actions taken by journos

so yes, deepfreeze.it Is about ethics in journalism

Addressing them by the gender they identify as is generally considered polite when you know it.

Makes sense, if only the social justice guy would do so instead of making up words like ''transphobic'' and many other retarded creations.
