amok: 1) She didn't sleep with a journalist who promoted her work. This has been debunked a million times. She slept with a reporter who did not promote her work, who worked for an outlet that barely, if at all, mentioned her work.
RWarehall: There we go, another lying incompetent SJW at the ready. Yes he did promote her work. Been proven many times.
First, he beta tested her game as far back as 2012, he is in the credits.
You understand that beta testing isn't promotion, right? And he's mentioned in the credits (not as a beta tester I believe), along with many other people, its in the open for everyone to see. What has this got to do with the allegation that he promoted her work after they slept together?
RWarehall: Here's him promoting one of her games.
https://archive.is/WtK2 Erm... very interesting link. Translation? Or do you have some other interests, beside #gg? :)
RWarehall: Here's another, noticed how Depression Quest is featured above all others.
https://archive.is/NeJis This was literally months before the slept together.
RWarehall: Here's another minor mention.
https://archive.is/haXDE This article was written less than two months ago and he only mentions she was on a panel. How is this relevant? He doesn't promote her work and he actually mentions they dated. Do you really think this is an example of corruption in games journalism? That a writer mentions someone he dated is on a panel and discloses that he dated her? Are you suggesting he can never right about her again?
RWarehall: Here's him defending her about the Game Jam.
https://archive.is/tUlkm You understand that's not promoting her work right? That's writing about what happened at Gamejam. There are no two sides to that story. Nobody is suggesting that didn't happen, not even Matti Lesham.
RWarehall: Here's them exchanging personal shit over Twitter and pushing her game.
https://archive.is/j5DW0 Twitter? Exchanging personal shit over Twitter is now corruption in gaming journalism?
RWarehall: Here's proof of Nathan and Jared Rosen (the one journalist at the Game Jam, hanging out in Vegas together a day after the Game Jam article)
http://wiki.gamergate.me/images/d/d9/Vegas-trip2.jpg Did these guys sleep with each other?
Your links hurt your arguments so much more than they help. Its this myopic approach to corruption in games journalism that really typifies the issues that so many people who have genuine concerns about issues in the gaming industry (AAA devs releasing broken games, not being held to account by writers, paying writers to advertise their product, putting pressure on websites market teams to give positive coverage, etc) have with #gg.
Anyway, you're going to keep on living in your fantasy world anyway, so I guess I've just wasted my time. I hope you're doing ok, RWarehall, you seem really upset in some of your posts above. I'd recommend you have a cone.
