The reason Gamergate doesn't care that Wardell sat down to coffee with Brianna would equally apply to Total Biscuit, its just coffee. And as to jokes, Schafer's joke was directly referring to Not Your Shield and implied it was mostly conposed of "cis-white male neckbeards in their parents basements". He made the direct claim, that women and minorities in Gamergate do not actually exist. That is offensive to any women and minorities.

The Pillars of Eternity limerick says nothing. Some Casanova who slept around many many times runs into a crossdresser then, through his own guilt kills himself. Nowhere in that limerick were trangender/crossdressers even addressed. Nowhere did it even imply that what the transgender/crossdresser did was even wrong. If anything the limerick said a lot about "casanova types" and their foolish pride about sleeping with the finest looking women. But again the crazy bat-shit fanaticism of the neo-fem side reared its ugly head. Crazy allegations that this limerick is causing Trans individuals to commit suicide. That it is somehow totally offensive for anyone out of the group-think to even mention trans people, only the holy neo-fems have that right because only they get to control that message.

The strangest thing about it. Diversity. Pillars of Eternity was a diverse world where transgender individuals (well at least crossdressers) exist. @Fever: I'm trying to post a summary of my most which lost to oblivion. Groupthink requires group cohesion and strong group sentiment. #GG has very little of that. SJWs and antiGG personalities are doing their full time job in inciting lynching and spreading gender hate. But gamers' primary function online is to play and they rarely lack time or effort to go beyond anything more than a tweet or complaint e-mail. Group cohesion is absent because they are loosely connected by one love of radically different game genres while SJWs are united in cause and principle to the cause and expend their full time campaigning against the enemy. GG lacks it as most GGers have better things to do; hence no groupthink.

This would be strange indeed since 90-100% of my friends always were females but not the victim-mentality type of course.

To me there is plenty of room for everyone to have a place in this industry/hobby except for those who only want it for a demographic that in itself has a small player/Gamer demographic. While Feministic/SJ "games" aren't my cup of tea I'm not against their creation I just wish those devs & Critics would respect that other devs may not share in their vision.
