This is an humorous story of a suicidal tavern casanova who discovered that his last conquest was a man. The obvious cretin in the story is the knight. There is no mention of transgender people of any sort in it. There is no hate expressed towards the knight night lover.

So... where is the freaking hate, except in your own mind?

Well your post is a perfect example of Confucius wise man and the moon quote; it's rather irrelevant who wrote it (there are some peoples saying it was originally from the Canterbury Tales, no idea if it's true or not), it was Obsidian decision to put it in the game and now it's part of it.

I was referring to Southpark Season 9 Episode 1 where Kyle gets an operation to be black (in order to be better at basketball), Mr. Garrison gets a transgender operation and Kyle's dad gets an operation to turn into something that is supposed to resemble a dolphin and complains about the lack of sea creature restrooms of course. It's brilliant and the episode is actually more than 10 years old.
