Well most countries have microbreweries.
Swedish beer is mostly very light, doesn't taste much and if we try to make it darker it taste plain bad. We usually drink our beer to get drunk because it's easy to gulp or very chilled (Which makes it taste better and a great thirst quencher.) during barbecues.

I had one Czech beer that in particular I remember fondly. It was when I was on a restaurant in their capital that was in a old monastery and they served this godlike unfiltered Beer that was on the dark side. My god that was probably the best Beer I've ever tasted. The food was good too. :)

Well Guinness is a Pub tap Stout. It's supposed to be like you describe I think. ;)
Me not being a Stout person I find it good enough when I want some Stout.

Is that a India Pale Ale? They tend to be a bit too bitter for my taste but yeah, some of them are really good. I'll look for it the next time I go alcohol shopping.
Skyrim and beer for me usually result in a bad level up decision, mangled quests and a character hopelessly lost deep in a dungeon with way too hard enemies.
And Lydia killed. I always get Lydia killed when I'm playing Skyrim drunk.

Edit: Or I go nuts on a crafting profession, level up way to fast, don't want to lose the nice things I've crafted the day after when being overhung sooo the result is me being overhung, suffering trying to do quests against enemies I can't hit But! I have damn nice and shiny equipment!
