finkleroy: For the longest time, i only released updates when it was convenient for Europeans. Now I released a few when it's convenient for other people, and that's not fair?

gvyop: yes I admit it is not easy to set a schedule that is not extreme for one or the other at midnight in europe it's around 3 pm in PST and 7 am in Beijing. But there are certainly few overlapping slots that are properly overlapping.
I think instead it's not fair to accuse finkleroy to be not fair...

He 's managing well every aspect of the giveaway

The release time should be as random as possible to make everyone happy
Who said midnight is convenient? There are people who get up early in the morning for work so maybe they are sleeping for 2 hours by that time, and maybe at 7am in Bejing people are headed to go to work and don't have time to check a gaming forum...
This is how the time zone works... so mix up the release time is the only and best solution possible to try to make happy as many possible

It's not about being fair or not. finkleroy is already being generous and hosting this giveaway thread. The constant needing to check what games are requested and determining which games are daggered or nondaggered is more than OP needs to do but does so anyways and beyond.

Free games generously donated by the community that requires a ton of administration work such as recording, repetition & replying to requests. This administration work no doubt takes a lot of time and this time is generously donated by one individual.

Don't complain about the potential to receive free games.

Be thankful this thread and community exists.
