I've decided not to take pre-requests for nominated games because people will see it's been nominated, know that their request will be denied and not bother requesting it. Then someone else will come along and pre-request it, and I don't think that's exactly fair. I know zeogold took pre-requests for nominated games, so I've decided to make this an official rule.
