finkleroy: You seem to be extremely paranoid about hypothetical situations that might occur in the future wherein scammers and cheaters take advantage of the giveaway. I haven't seen any of this happen during my time hanging around the giveaway. Has this been a problem in the past? What makes you think it will become one in the future?
Well not really more hypothetical than to have 40 A+ games in one only update or to still have very A++ games after the first round.
I'm just saying that the 2nd round is useless for any honnest** reclaimer, as I explained it, so i'm looking for another justification of its existence. If imagination is paranoia, well... it's casual.
(**Honnest include : grabbing GA only for own usage, not to resell games or anything else)

And i imagine that way because of what I already mentionned. I said, it, for the majority of people, no hurt, all in your hands. The first rule applied : "At the manager discretion".
what guide me is still what I already said : Altruism, Generosity, Equality for EVERYONE.
And i'm still in the spirit of what we start with :

Damon18: my idea is to limit the request of games to just 1 per week, keeping the limit of 3 per month
The advantages I see are:
- reduction of 'jackals' that connects once a month to shoot ther 3 requests and disappear.
- reduction of the impact of Time Zone
- reduction of the impact of 'luck' to be just there when an update is published
and most important:
- to make happy more people as possible, instead of a restricted number of 'selfish' ones

As I have explained many, many times, THE REASON FOR THE EXISTENCE OF THE SECOND ROUND IS TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BEING ABLE TO REQUEST 5 POPULAR GAMES AT ONCE FROM AN UPDATE AS SOON AS IT'S ADDED TO THE MAIN LIST. This is the last time I will explain this.

I copied all the games from the update spreadsheet to the main spreadsheet. Links to both spreadsheets will remain in the second post until the next update arrives, at which point a link to the new update will replace the link to the current update. Please feel free to check that post and use those links to access the spreadsheets, but be sure to search the most recent posts to see what has and has not already been requested and nominated since the most recent time a request was granted. If you've never perused either list of games, you can ignore the update list.
