May I request the daggered games Hacknet and Orwell: Keeping an Eye On You.
May I request Marble Mayhem: Fragile Ball?

Thanks for doing that - just as a small observation, while there's a good reason to start a new gift sheet every month (no peeksies!), instead of making a new sheet each month for this you could just use a new tab.

That way those of us who follow such things (mostly just to remember what I asked for, or when) could bookmark it once rather than having to find your posts each month.

Not a big deal, but food for thought?
Big thanks to Damon18 & Ruubet for Smoke and Sacrifice & Tropico.
And also thank you to finkleroy for the massive work handling the giveaway.
Is it correct that if you buy a piece of hardware that comes with game(s) as a bonus, you cannot give them here? I think I once read somewhere that they are ensuring you and only you can add the games to your account(s) = Steam, Origin, UPlay, Epic, Microsoft Store. If possible I will bring them here if not interested myself, of course.

Damon18: here it is just an example of some compilings (be patient for the fantasy of the titles used :) but it's just an example):

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1djOQ4IZr0p8ULkDe_D3cExGEsQaHdfZUR3sMWoUrvBg
Who donated 27 copies of mini metro? :O

Also, I would be content with simply:
name month #update1 [#update2**] #main
Microfish September 1 [ 2(+1D)**] 3

**If applicable
(see example 1.jpg, note column a (usernames) is frozen so that as you scroll you can easily see who is who.)
Or the attached froze.jpg as an alternative

In both cases the spreadsheets take up less real estate on my monitor than yours does and is thus more user-friendly for those of us who have small screens. Being smaller in size makes things simpler as you can see the entire month at once, you don't have to drag the page around for ages, and it is more of a "at-a-glance" thing. (I can forward either to you if you so desire). Anyway, just my 2 cents.

I like the rule of 1D + 1ND by update, this should allow more people different has interesting keys during each update (if the said update does not contain only 3 keys "+ AAA +" each time because the others are retained for the next ...)
Same for the number of rounds and random dates it's up to the manager to administer. ;-)

just a precision: is it 5ND + 7D PLUS as many 1ND + 1D a month should have,
or is it 5ND + 7D MINUS as many as 1ND + 1D we already have taken?
(if 3 rounds, it's a total limit of 8ND + 10D?)

On the other hand I like least the blur which accompanies the "end of round" or one would have again right to 1ND + 1D before copying in the main list. (How much before and how long?)
Why complicate things? we are entitled to 1ND + 1D by update, we made our choice carefully and we wait for the next update ...
If there is a game that interests us and has not been taken yet, we will ask once it is copied in the main list, it will be deducted from our quota of 5ND + 7D per calendar month.
Keep it simple.

For the edition of the messages, as it had been said, a misspelling is insufficient to justify opening a door wide open to abuse.
We choose to take the time to read the update, everyone does the same, we post our request when we are ready. Ideally with a small F5 to reload the page and check that a request did not appear just before ours. at worst if it is, we post a second with another game. If we do not check, we accept the risk of losing time for our second request. (everyone has to choose for himself).

As for the 10 minutes gap between 2 messages, it is actually a disadvantage inherent in GOG, we do with, we know the rule: if we made a mistake choosing the game or we made a misspelling we take care of ourselves and we will pay more attention next time. But we edit not otherwise we lose even more time because the request will be rejected. (IMHO).

For the list of games taken, the number, the name, all this is very good, it's a lot of administrative work but it goes in the direction of transparency so I'm 100% agree. But do not make mistakes ... it would be damaging. (the cure worse than the bad)
The proposal to use a more compact view and keep it all on a single spreadsheet with the tabs for each month is a good idea to make this big job useful to those who take it, not just those who control it. " who takes what and how much ":-).
If it alleviates the number of questions by chat about the quota of each it is probably good for the manager.
We, as beneficiaries, can use it for our own follow-up, always at the same address. it is convenient. (Personally I think that I never take my quota every month, you still have to be there when the update is published ... but hey, it can be usefull)

In my opinion the idea of the screenshot is not so good, there is nothing easier than to make the arranged captures as one wishes. At least it must not be a capture of the post itself but a full page size, with the post in its place in the thread. Like this one for example.

It's 5 non-daggered keys & 7 daggered keys from the main list + 1 non-daggered key & 1 daggered key from each round for each update. The reason for the rounds is because let's say there are 40 extremely popular keys in an update, and 20 people each request 1 of them. That leaves 20 extremely popular keys. If there's only one round before those keys are added to the main list, where the limit is 5 non-daggered keys per month, they could be snatched up in no time by as few as 4 people. Letting everyone have 1 more non-daggered key and 1 more daggered key before adding the update to the main list would help prevent this. I'm trying to shrink the main list, and I'm also trying to make sure the most popular keys from each update are spread around to as many people as possible. If there doesn't need to be a second round, there won't be one. If there needs to be 2 or more rounds, there will be. I'll take it on a case by case basis, depending on the size of the update and how many popular keys are left after the first round.

I knew that, I just have to give y'all a hard time in hopefully a fun way. :D (and it showed i was trying to pay attention because I counted them all. )

My biggest complaint about the example spreadsheet is the sheer size/real estate it takes up. As the owner of a 1080p 15" screen, that example sheet takes up a tremendous amount of room (multiple screens just to see one user's data), which makes it difficult to navigate. (my monitor's small size is why I have steam, discord, email, etc set to "compact".)

Hmm. If it is indeed a raw Steam (or other) code ready to redeem I'd think any verification would be limited to region locking, because I've never heard of Steam offering, say, receipt or hardware verification services to hardware vendors at redemption. If it is a custom redemption link to the hardware vendor's site that will likely be a different story.

I don't have personal experience there, just speculating. But if you have a buttload of these vendor codes, try running your own giveaway with well worded warnings in the OP if you're concerned that people will get burned or it would be too much fiddling for finkleroy if they start failing.
Thank you so much finkleroy and Damon18.
