ah, try regulating traffic in Rome and then tell me. Some meteorite could come in handy. I would say that not all modern cities have to look like that, it feels like generic USA to me, and I don't see much variety. For example you can't have people with their own boats in canals. There's a mod that substitutes streets and cars with canals and gondolas, but it's just cosmetic. And this game seems too much like work, taking it seriously seems dangerous! Have fun making nice looking and creative cities, you need to unlock a few things and have more inhabitants etc.
