I agree with this rule. Although you perhaps want to make it clear about "1 key from each new update part" in case you do two or more updates in a month

So if I try to resume :

For donnors :
- Can choose if game goes to Daggered or non dagerred list
- Cannot choose if the key appear in ne next update or in another even very latest

For Grabbers :
- 2 lists : 1 Regular and 1 updated
- no fixed frequency of the updated list may be 1/month or more or even less
- For each new upadted list, the remaining keys goes to the regular list
- Daggered game : no limit for the 2 lists
- Non daggered games : 1 per month from each updated list and 5 per month from regular list (so max per month can reach 8 non daggered games if there is 3 upadted files)
- no change to the false account / lobbying communbity facilitation called Nomination
- no change for edited requests, even the 1st ones immediately after the update announce

Is that correct ?

Finkle asked for suggestions and many of us have contributed to this

and at the moment the topic, on which most of us concentrated mainly, was to limit somehow the frenzy of the new updates in favor to distribute to as many people as possible the new keys, and as far I've understood one of the best ideas that came out is:

the limit would be 1 key from each new update, and 5 non-daggered keys per month from the regular list.

some other points probably (or probably not) has yet to be faced/discussed: edited posts, put a written limit for daggered games, nominations etc..

I would instead put down a list of what has been proposed to have everything in the same spot and facilitate the decision/discussion:

In order:
- 1 request per week / 3 per month
- 1 request only for a fixed period after a new update is realeased / 3 per month
- 1 request per week / 2 per month
- 1 request per month
- keep only the main spredsheet
- keep everything as it is
- question about retaining or not some keys --> I was thinking that keeping some keys for later would help more people get the games they really want, but the same could be accomplished by limiting everyone to something like 1 non-daggered game per week.
- daggered-games : fix, black on white, the implicitly suggested rule of 5 per month
- Invalidate requests that have been edited (x2)
- shift keys over to daggered if they've lingered more than a month or two --> Maybe there could be a limit of 1 non-daggered game from each new update, and 5 per month from the regular list
- Nominations: introducing the new system do they still have sense to "reserve a spot" for someone else considering that now it should be just 1 title per user?

So as I said probably we are close to a solution for the main topic, and probably some other points are yet to be discussed
