This actually raises a good question. Technically the Caribbean islands are considered North America (in the continental sense, obviously not on the national sense).

Not sure what the actual region lock entails, so I looked for it. This particular key should NOT redeem in:

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, CS, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, CS, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Great Britain, Holy See (Vatican City State), Aland Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

But any others in the Northern Americas just might. Not 100% sure, though.

oddly enough the key redeemed, but in a situation of region locks i always look for the countries in which it would not be activated in also you are correct LC is for Saint Lucia, im impressed you used the spanish version
