Thanks to finkle and Damon18 for an Alien Breed game newer than 1992. No thanks to Team 17 for not releasing it on GOG - maybe too lazy to implement the PvP for Galaxy, or it is true that it's too complicated to do compared to Steam - I honestly don't know.

I have no idea about this game, but I remember it taking New Blood Interactive the better part of a year to implement multiplayer crossplay for DUSK between GOG and Steam. They delayed releasing the game on GOG until that was implemented, and then it turned out that nobody played it, so it was all wasted effort. That's one of the very few games I can think of that has crossplay between GOG and Steam. Frankly, most of the time it's just not worth the hassle.
