Dogmaus: There's no key needed and nothing to request here. You have to connect the platform where you have tW3 and GOG Galaxy 2. This page answers to all questions, if there is something you don't understand about Galaxy try asking in the Galaxy 2 forum.
There is something to request here. Someone donated their key for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that they got from the current promotion. It expires in about 21.5 hours, if anyone's interested.

Thanks, but I know about this promotion already. I think it wouldn't be fair to others if I request a base game (not a GOTY edition) here since I already have it on console. And also I think there is no point for me to be bothered to get the same version because of the same reason.

I spoke with AWG43 via chat. They initially thought it was the GOTY version, so they requested it, then immediately relized it's just the base game, and also that it expired. I let them know what's up with the key, and they passed on it, preferring for someone who doesn't own the game at all to get the base game on GOG. The expansion pass content appears to be the reason for the initial request. I assume this is an official request from you.

Pre-requesting is not allowed. The game you want to request must be on the list when you request it.
