Tomb Raider 1+2+3 please. 3 classic games in one, hard to beat that :D

I love Anachronox, Deus Ex 1 and Startopia. So I'd want others to experience the grandness of them.
I was actually about to buy them for myself again, and to gift them, but Paysafecard isn't playing nice with me right now.

Honorable mentions to the Thief Series and Project Eden (Though PE is best played at/via LAN with friends).
If Dungeon Siege 1&2 had come with their Expansions, I'd highly recommend those too.
