Hi there, I think someone else donated "The Curse of Monkey Island". It is indeed a great game. I played the original version, when I was in high school, on an 8088 with 16-color EGA graphics and an Adlib sound card. Ah, the memories! Cheers!

I think you're mistaking it with Secret of Monkey Island. Curse of Monkey Island was out in 1997.

The forum search function and Google are both terrible ways to tell how much recent activity you have on the forum, but unfortunately they're the only tools I have at my disposal. According to them, you seem to be new here, so you don't really qualify for the giveaway yet. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the forum and make some meaningful posts and/or tell some jokes here and there in threads that aren't specifically for game giveaways, and before you know it you'll be eligible. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of this giveaway, which are located in the first post of this thread. In the meantime, someone in the community gifting thread might be able to help you out. The only way to fast-track the qualification process is to donate some keys. I'm just trying to make sure you're not only on the forum to get free games. Donating isn't mandatory, but it's a good indication that you're not just here for free games.

I hope you enjoy it. It's one of the few games that I would rate as a 10/10.

Which reminds me, as an aside, that another 10/10 game has been lingering for weeks now in post #2 with no one going for it. Seriously, "Etherlords 2" is a wonderful game for anyone who's into turn-based games.

...and card battlers :) The fights under hard difficulty is kinda challenging, and some of the first battles of each campaign is almost impossible under hard difficulty, I’d say. They really challenge you to construct a viable deck for each fight, for the ai has a strong upper hand in the form of the ridiculous trigger rate of their specializations.

My mistake. Many thanks to schewy ! I played the first two parts on Amiga without HD (11 disks to change for playing part 2) but haven't played the third one yet.
