finkleroy: I'd like to remind everyone that for both giveaways, March begins at midnight in the Pacific time zone (PST). Normally there aren't this many games left on the list at the end of the month, so I thought it would be a good idea to remind everyone, in case anyone is waiting until the new month begins to request a game that's currently on the list. You can find all the time zone information you need at timeanddate.com.
Wouldn't it be better to let you announce new month like, for example, zeogold did that here?

My sleeping habits are all over the place, and I'm not always awake at midnight. It would be much better if everyone were to use timeanddate.com to figure out when midnight Pacific time is in their own time zone. There would undoubtedly be a month where I wouldn't be able to announce that the month has officially begun until 8-10 hours after it began. The time zone information is already listed in the rules, complete with the link to timeanddate.com.

I think it does not matter and you do not need to announce it precisely at midnight. That way could be even better as you could announce it "when you are ready" to grant all wishes and users will not need to wait till you are online next time.
