zeogold: 6. ... If somebody has been nominated for a game, the game will be marked with an exclamation mark (!) until either redeemed or a week has passed.

The exclamation mark shows a game for which a user already has been nominated. It is blocked atm since zeo is waiting for the nominated user to tell him if he accepts or rejects the nomination. I guess there was a waiting time of about a week or so because it is getting unblocked again.

Edit: Ninja'd by gogtrial34987 did not see the reply first because the whole post is grey for some reason.
