From their language it's obvious that the person is a teenager or a kid, and very immature for their age. Let's just stay away from them until they learn better than to use sarcastic and passive-aggressive BS instead of simply admitting their mistake and apologizing.

There have been enough posts telling them what they did wrong, so they have had enough opportunity to change and realize their mistake, if they want to or are willing.

Just FYI, because I assume that English is not your native language: English is tricky in that it makes excessive use of (often quite flowery) phrases to express politeness.

A simple sentence like "Please pass me the salt" can be quite rude if used outside of close family and friends, although it would be perfectly fine in other languages like for example German.

Now, you said 'please' and 'thank you', true, but both of these sentences sounded like you're hurriedly ordering at a fast food restaurant. In case of this giveaway, which is intended as more of a thank you to active community members, this comes across as rude, especially from someone who wasn't visibly active in the community before. It implies a sort of entitlement, like you're certain that you'll get and deserve any game you want and just have to specify which ones exactly.

This might not have been your intention but that is how it comes across.
