Look, considering the general preference among most English natives for Romance languages*, this might be a bit hard for me to counter–so I'll go for a cheap shot.
It's news to me, though he doesn't make any more sense in Swedish than he does in English. 'Bork' doesn't mean anything as far as a know. That said, having had first hand experience with Norwegians, it makes total sense. :p
