500+ deals up to 90% off, $3 mystery games, and free games just for shopping.

A jocund flame swallows up the cold, cold streams of outside air. The holidays are coming, and everyone begins to feel a little more generous, a little more kind, and a little bit giddy. We're feeling it too, because this time around, winter came to GOG.com before it was cool.

The Holiday Ninja Squirrel (have you met her yet?) brings a generous surprise for all with $3 Mystery Games from the GOG.com catalog, each worth between $6.99 and $34.99. These games won't be part of the regular sale lineup, and unowned games will be prioritized to minimize repeats. We're starting out with a pool of 50+ games, but we'll be adding more throughout the sale - we'll let you know when that happens.

Interesting sale but will probably pass it. Anything im interested in is a bundle and too expensive in comparison to bundle price. Ah, well. Let's see what next sales brings.

yyahoo: Never been on sale on GOG before, never been discounted higher than 33% anywhere else and the devs have directly stated that they don't intend to discount it any higher. So, yeah, actually, if you're interested in this game, it *is* time to get excited... {shrug}
Beat me to it.

I've been avoiding it on principle of it never going on sale, I didn't need a big discount, just a discount.

Fairfox: What's the highest Kerbal has been discounted on GOG thus far?
According to isthereanydeal, the lowest previous discount was 33%.
Welcome back squirrel! Quite a nice collection of games on the first day. Hope the rest of the sale will be a tad more exciting than the Autumn one.

I see that it took a big season event for Shovel Knight to finally go on sale here.

Happy purchasing everyone!
I wish I could break up the Star Wars Blaster Bundle and keep the prices. I only have interest in X-Wing and Tie Fighter. I would be interested in Rogue Squadron if the controls weren't broken on PC.

Of course. We're counting on him to clear away all that snow. :)
hey great a sale

*opens his wallet

WAIT, i've been robbed...

by your fall sale!!
I'm pretty safe right now, no immediate urges to buy anything. ;)

Kerbals, one day I'll get you! ...sigh.

ReynardFox: Nope, not going to press the random game button, I still haven't been able to trade away the game I wasted money on from the last time you baited me into gambling GOG. Nope. Not again.
Wish I read your post earlier and I'm regretting doing so by now. :D

IAmSinistar: Of course. We're counting on him to clear away all that snow. :)
How is it that the Sinistar looks even scarier with a Santa beard?
But you just had the sale and i wasn't ready for this, and i get my paycheck on the 15th :(
Gosh darn it, got Dust, which I already own elsewhere. :P I really think some rules should take the wishlist into account, that would encourage people to use the feature.

But it's OK, I'll grow my gog library a bit, even with such games, hopefully I'll get lucky next time.

I keep wishing Kerbal could get some kind of 75% sale, but it never reaches that point.
