Dear Readers,
I spent good money and time buying and downloading games from GOG, then one day POOF they were gone.. Yes I did report this and no I did not get a reply. Yet. What happen to the cloud, I thought that paid games were stored there under the users name ??? So now what, do I re-buy and re-install my games ??//..

Buyers Beware... j
Top menu bar, hover over your avatar. Little menu should pop up. First entry will say "Games" and have a number to the right - the number of games in your library, give or take (bundling of titles might vary this number by a few). You can click Games and you'll be taken to your library.

After doing that, are you finding your library is empty?

Edit: above instructions are when using the website. Not sure how it works within the Galaxy client.

Maybe it's a GOG glitch, maybe it's user error - I don't know.

But if you care about the DRM free aspect (maybe you don't?), you should download all your offline installers and take measures to prevent them from going POOF. ;-)
Did you buy the games directly from GOG or through key resellers?

It has been known for GOG to revoke keys sold through key resellers which were both with stolen credit cards or other nefarious means...
There are a couple of options. A glitch in GOG matrix. You're using a different account. You bought game codes from a third party site, it turned out they were previously obtained with a stolen credit card, and GOG had to remove them. When did you create a support ticket?

Edit: I don't believe in a glitch, but given what's going on with GOG lately...

If you've DLed them, then you should still have them, unless you've uninstalled them/deleted the installers of course.

A few possibilities:

1) as noted, if you didn't buy directly from GOG but instead used a key reseller, such as G2A, then your keys may have been revoked due to fraudulent purchases (not meaning by you but for the original keys)

2)Did you use the same account as the one you're posting here with (same e-mail)?

3) Do you still have the receipts for the games? If so, contact Support with your receipt(s) and they should fix you up

4) Could be a glitch on GOG's end. You said you reported the issue. I assume through GOG support? If so, how long ago?

*edit* Aaaaand, just noticed InkPanther asked pretty much exactly the same questions and suggested the same things.

Gotta be a glitch on GOG's end, then. If you've contacted Support and not gotten answer yet, maybe try tossing Linko a Chat to see if he can get the issue escalated. He's the GOG community manager here on the forums.
