Ahhh, “The Vicious Facebook Redirect”. Ya know the first time for me was the best for me. Spending hours hunting for a virus, only to find out it was Galaxy! Now its just a way of life. We chat, we comment, our browser explodes with spam, Zuckr Fukr collects and exploits us. What can you do?

Firewall all Facebook addresses..? Block any domain with the name facebook in it? Not use Galaxy...? Plenty of easy answers, but most of all, GOG needs to fix this and not let it keep happening.
This is really annoying. They need to fix this because I bet, I'm not the only one not wanting to go to the forums right now because of it.
Is it a link produced when opening Galaxy? I don't recall seeing anything that should do this unless some scripting or hyperlink has been messed up
The fact that this is still happening 2 days later is proof of how incompetent GOG devs truly are.
Stop using Galaxy until they publicly declare the issue with Facebook as solved. Or better yet, until Facebook is removed. GOG seems to need some harsh incentive that hurts before they fix something, it feels like they slap tape over the blinking warning sign more often than not and move on.

Werll I wouldn't go THAT far....also it's easier to complain about it on the forums/using the contact forms on such.

They aren't bad they just allocate more people/time/etc to Galaxy/other things and less to fixing legacy site features/making sure new features work properly for everyone.;

The code to fix the problem is too niche.

GOG needs to learn to code.

Or the architecture is too archaic and/or obscure.
