Well, "tes" is one letter away from "teh", which is a common typo of "the".

So, perhaps TC means "the"?

(Of course, this particular word is the sort of word that might not translate into certain other languages.)

If he did, you'd have to ask yourself why on earth he'd make a thread saying that.

Considering that he had thrown up a spam thread shortly before he made this one (the thread is no longer around, it got deleted) which he couldn't post a link for due to his low rep (it said "wait", which most likely meant he was going to insert his spam link after he presumably figured out how to get past the system), I'd be willing to bet he meant "test". As in, he was testing whether or not he could get a link through. When he realized it wouldn't work, he deleted the other thread and bailed from the forum.
