Gog sends out an automated reply that you have to respond to or they will eventually close your ticket.
It's stupid, but it's a tactic for them to reduce their tickets artificially.

Make new ticket, make sure to respond to the appropriate follow up email.

I think the context is GOG doesn't have serial keys for NWN2 (the second screenshot) and my guess is that the Support failed to address that issue (hence this thread).

I would like to know if that means that GOG is selling games without having enough serial keys for them. (Or if that is an isolated instance or a bug.)

In my experience, this only applies to refunds back to original payment method. I recently submitted controller technical issues and didn't have to reply to an automated email before someone could help me out.

But yes, if OP wants to resolve this issue (whatever it is), submit a second ticket again.

I never liked the gogo store to begin with...
If a blue sees this they may expedite the ticket or give you directions to help solve the issue, you could also try to PM a blue and they will help.

So you know: afaik you only need those keys for MP mode. If you just play SP you should be fine.

That said, you should do as the other suggested and send another ticket...but this time make sure to reply to the email they send saying something along the lines of "yes, I still want help" as a reply. If that doesn't work you could also contact a "blue"(forum staffer) for help.

This is news to me. My issues were in late Mar 2021 and two weeks ago and none of them required responding to an automated email.

My guess is you probably lucked out and a staffer spotted it beforehand.
(before it got sent into the automated system)
Interesting: In my lybrary, the codes are there and not depleted. You`re sure, you didn`t use them yet?
