It's a guy testing his ability to teleport in different scenarios. The most memorable one is he's on a train. He starts running toward the camera and then teleports outside of the train onto the train platform and keeps running along side the train while being filmed from the inside. The visual effects are really well done. It feels believable, not overly flashy.

tinyE: It's not the "Six Second Magic" guy is it? He has a shit load of vids where he does stuff like that thought I don't think I've seen him do anything on a train, and teleportation is only one of many things he does.

muntdefems: Are you sure it's not one of Zach King's videos? Like, really, really, really sure?

hudfreegamer: In the video I remember, it was one guy doing several teleportation attemps in different locations and one of them was on a train, but the camera man never teleports. In the version I remember, the guy also got more of a running start inside the train before teleporting out.
