i bought the game thinking if its okay to play since there is a 30 day refund policy i can just buy it and try it if it works properly on my computer and i have played for 2 hours with a bad experience due to crashes and screen freeze i had to always restart the game and sometimes it doesn't lunch and so i would like to request a refund for the game because i don't want any money to go to waste and no i cant upgrade my computer because i am having a financial issues..i have tried everything to fix my gaming experience even with 3rd party programs it doesn't help so i would rather get back the money i spent and i can move on with my life...thank you

You need to contact Support for a refund.

We'll need a little more information than just "I bought the game". Mentioning the name of the game would help us identify better the problem. :-)

Also which Operating system are you running and what kind of issues?

Hi, please use punctuation so it is easier to read. ;)

You'll need to contact Support. If you and they working together cannot get the game running (it may take some back and forth), you are entitled to a refund. You may need to be patient.

Talk to support. If they cannot help you in getting the game to run, you should be able to get a refund.

I bought Fallout 3:GOTY and it crashes when I try and start the game every time.
Running windows 10, I just want my money back, not gonna waste my time dealing with this crap.

Yes I used it and also tried multiple other things but it just won't run.

I got the myst bundle yesterday. So far only Myst IV is not working. (Revelation) It acts like is is going to, it switches screen size and then just goes back to regular size and nothing else happens. Have tried to reboot. Using an alien 15 8gig ram and nvidia graphics.

The original question has already been solved. Better to start your own thread for your own issues.

However, it would also be good a idea to FIRST look for Support, the link at the top of the webpages. Then consider contacting them after trying all the suggestions on the support webpages.

Hi, you'll have to first work with Support to try to get the game running if you want a refund. That's GOG's policy.
