where the tech that suppose to help u with games been trying for weeks now and no one answering as to better way to contact the tech and ur rot should be put cause its no help got game that dont install right and when it say install dont start never had tha t problem now i do pls im not a tech plus i removed gog from my puter cause it dont work try what i could hope there hepl here ty

You won’t get tech support from GOG through the forum.

You can try going through their Zendesk instance. but most people who tried that recently gave up before reaching anything looking like human staff.

I THINK that he's ranting that the tech support when you have issues with a game is... well lacking with only a chatbot, and at best the FAQ for certain games comes up.

What game(s) are you referring to?
